Strawberry Iced Matcha (Layered)
A refreshing, dessert-like drink combining sweet strawberry with a vibrant matcha finish.
- 2 g Matcha Ujiro matcha
- 120 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2–3 tbsp strawberry purée or jam
- Ice + 1 tsp agave (optional)
Add strawberry purée to the bottom of the glass, fill with ice, then pour the milk. Whisk matcha with a small amount of warm water until smooth, then gently pour on top for clean layers.
