How to Prepare

Use 1g per cup (about 1/2 teaspoon). Add water at 70–80°C (not boiling) and whisk until smooth and lightly frothy.
For lattes, add milk after whisking. For iced drinks, whisk with a small amount of water first, then pour over ice and top up with water or milk.

Storage

Reseal tightly after each use. After opening, refrigeration is recommended to maintain freshness, color, and aroma.
